WOCA is a non-profit organization of local citizens devoted to the promotion of the arts and production of cultural events on the western side of Washington State's Olympic Peninsula. It serves an area of 2,000 square miles of the remote Clallam and Jefferson Counties and a population of 12,000 that includes three Indian nations and a growing Latino population.
